Raymond Altmann is a senior at Utica High School. This is his second year on the Arrow staff. He is usually busy working at his barn or with his horses, which are his pride and joy. He is always in a positive mood and willing to help anyone in need. He loves outdoor activities such as hunting and fishing. When he graduates he is going into the Navy and hopes to pursue it as a career
