‘Brothers Grimm Spectaculathon cast and crew confirmed

‘Auditions for the fall play, Brother’s Grimm Spectaculathon, were held the week of September 17th, and after much consideration, the cast and crew have been announced.

Although there are 42 characters in the play, only 30 actors will perform. This is meant to make the play more comedic and fun, as it also implements audience interaction. With this large of a cast, it is vital that each actor brings  as much as they can to the stage.

“There are so many new people this year,” senior Jill Jezak, director, said. “I look  forward to pushing people outside of the box and developing new talent.”

As important as new actors are to the stage, they weren’t the only people who got their roles. The others were put into technical roles, the ones that would bring the aesthetics of the stage together.

“I hope that the cast and crew are having fun,” senior Sarah Boughner, stage manager, said. “I wish them the best of luck and a good show.”

The cast and crew are trying to bring many new ideas to the stage with this show, hopefully to help inspire others to help out with their next show.

“Ideas are always being made on how to make the play better than before,” junior Savannah Sultes, an actress, said. “There’s never a dull moment in theatre.”

Brothers Grimm Spectaculathon is set to hit the stage on November 8th, with shows following on the 9th and 10th. The cast and crew hope to see you there.
