Nick Saban Retires

Hall of fame College Football coach retires

As the Alabama Crimson Tide’s season has come to an end, losing to the Michigan Wolverines in the Rose Bowl. Alabama head coach Nick Saban has officially retired after 17 seasons coaching for the Alabama Crimson Tide.

Nick Saban has made his case for being one of if not the best College Football coach of all time. Saban had won 6 national championships with Alabama in his 17 years of coaching for the team.

Saban has a career record of 206 wins and 29 losses at Alabama which is an amazing record as a head coach. Saban has also won 19 bowl games with the Alabama Crimson Tide and producing top tier talent to the NFL throughout the years.

From the time Nick Saban started coaching he has produced 106 NFL players and 39 of those players would be taken in the first round. This is the most by any college football team in that span of time.
