Looking to tryout for a sport but don’t have the training necessary? As the boys swim team gets ready to dive into a new season, it may be the perfect opportunity for you. With coach Joe Michol and the 10 returning members from the 2018-2019 season, you can learn the sport.

“Swimming is a no cut sport and there’s no previous competitive swimming experience necessary,” coach Joe Michol said. “We can teach you the sport.”

The first day of practice is on Monday Nov. 25, from 5-7 pm, at the Eisenhower High School pool. You need to bring a swimsuit, goggles, and a towel.

“You might as well try it,” senior Cameron Smale said. “Worst that happens is that you don’t like it. It’s a good workout, and a lifelong sport if you do.”
