As the year is nearing an end, the Utica summer camps are approaching for any students available to it. Utica has plenty of camps this summer for everyone to participate in like football, strength and conditioning, and more. For these summer camps it is very easy to sign up in register as it is on the UCS Community Education Website.
“For strength and conditioning camp, we are training for strength, speed, and conditioning throughout the summer for the upcoming football season in August.” Coach Matthew Marulli said.
These summer football camps will be starting later in the summer in July. With also the Strength/Conditioning Camp and youth Strength/Speed camp start the first week of summer which is Monday, June 10th.
“For the youth football groups, they will be getting more focus on basic football fundamentals.” Marulli said.
The summer camps are a great way to get in shape and learn new football skills for the upcoming season as well as improving your physical condition.
This year’s summer camps are available at very affordable price. With the boys basketball, strength and conditioning and football strength and conditioning camps all being priced at $65.
As well as the Football skills camp being priced at $40 which is the cheapest summer camp. And the volleyball skills camp is $75.
The football strength and conditioning camp starts on June 10, and it is Monday through Thursday, and the last day of the camp is on August 1st at Sweinhart field.
The strength and conditioning camp starts on June 11th and it is Tuesday through Wednesday ending on the 25th of July.
The football skills camp is only 2 weeks starting July 2nd ending on August 1st with the camp being Monday through Thursday.
The shortest camp is the Volleyball camp which is 3 days from June 10th to June 12th.
And lastly the boys’ basketball camp is also very short only being 4 days starting from June 17th to June 20th.
All of these summer camps will be located at either Utica High or Swinehart field.
