Julia Bartoy, Guest Reporter
Julia is currently a senior and a transfer to Utica this year. This is her first year on newspaper and she is ready to see what the Arrow staff has in store. In her free time, she likes to chill with her friends, draw, binge watch Netflix, and work at Palazzo Grande. Julia is excited to write a bunch of stories this year and to graduate and attend college next year.
